Mike Slanker

Principal and founder of November, Inc., Mike Slanker has a 30-year proven track record for leading successful campaigns and initiatives in the public and private sectors.
His expertise encompasses strategic consulting, creative advertising and management for advocacy efforts, candidates, political organizations, charities, and corporations. Since his start in Ohio politics in 1990, Mike has run winning campaigns for Governor, U.S. Senate and Congress, in addition to almost every other statewide and legislative office. He served as Political Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee and led campaign and advocacy efforts in more than 27 states and territories.
In 2022 he produced broadcast and digital media for the only successful challenge to an incumbent Governor in the country, in 2012, he led the only successful Republican US Senate race in the country, in a state Mitt Romney lost. In 2010, he led the only successful primary challenge to defeat a sitting Republican Governor in Nevada history. And, in 2008 he ran the successful US Senate run-off election in Georgia after a difficult cycle for GOP races across the country.
Mike has provided creative media for dozens of US Senate races, Congressional Races, and Governors’ races, and ballot measures as well as over 150 State Legislative races across the country.

Mike also serves President of the board of Casa de Luz, a Christian community outreach organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mike and his wife Lindsey have two girls, Claire and Charlotte.

Jeremy Hughes has worked for successful local, congressional, senatorial, and gubernatorial campaigns. Most recently, Jeremy oversaw the paid voter contact effort for Better Nevada PAC, which defeated the only statewide incumbent in 2022. In 2020, Jeremy led a team of 124 staff and 18 offices in Nevada, Alaska, California, and Texas and managed a budget of nearly $15 million during the Presidential election. He managed Governor Brian Sandoval’s re-election victory and served as a consultant for Mark Hutchison’s successful Lt. Governor campaign. In 2012, Jeremy served as Political Director for U.S. Senator Dean Heller, the only Republican senator to win in a state carried by President Obama.
Before coming to November Inc., Jeremy worked on races in Kentucky and Mississippi and served as Executive Director for Freedom Vote in Ohio.
Jeremy got his start with Kentucky Congressman Geoff Davis and helped oversee his 2006 Victory operation, which was hailed as “one of the more impressive 72-hour task forces in the country.”
Jeremy was born and raised in Kentucky and now resides in Washington, DC, with his wife Keelie and dog Stella.

Trey Rosser is a seasoned political operative with over a decade of experience in Kentucky, Nevada, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Oregon. In Nevada, he led top-tier grassroots and outreach programs for Governor Brian Sandoval’s successful 2014 campaign, Senator Marco Rubio’s 2016 Presidential campaign, and Senator Dean Heller’s 2018 reelection campaign – one of the most competitive and expensive U.S. Senate races in the country.
In Oregon, during the 2020 cycle he coordinated and led the Oregon House Republican PAC to their best fundraising cycle in history and flipped two state house seats for the first time in over a decade.
Most recently, Trey managed Christine Drazan’s campaign for Governor in Oregon, one of the most competitive gubernatorial races in the country and the closest statewide race in Oregon in over a decade, managing a budget of over $22 million and 20+ staff.
Trey is originally from Kentucky and now lives in Portland, Oregon.
