Principal and founder of November, Inc., Mike Slanker has a 30-year proven track record for leading successful campaigns and initiatives in the public and private sectors.

His expertise encompasses strategic consulting, creative advertising and management for advocacy efforts, candidates, political organizations, charities, and corporations. Since his start in Ohio politics in 1990, Mike has run winning campaigns for Governor, U.S. Senate and Congress, in addition to almost every other statewide and legislative office. He served as Political Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee and led campaign and advocacy efforts in more than 27 states and territories.

In 2022 he produced broadcast and digital media for the only successful challenge to an incumbent Governor in the country, in 2012, he led the only successful Republican US Senate race in the country, in a state Mitt Romney lost. In 2010, he led the only successful primary challenge to defeat a sitting Republican Governor in Nevada history. And, in 2008 he ran the successful US Senate run-off election in Georgia after a difficult cycle for GOP races across the country.

Mike has provided creative media for dozens of US Senate races, Congressional Races, and Governors’ races, and ballot measures as well as over 150 State Legislative races across the country.

Mike also serves President of the board of Casa de Luz, a Christian community outreach organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mike and his wife Lindsey have two girls, Claire and Charlotte.
